The list explores classic regions against like minded modern counterparts. Expect the rarest of Burgundy alongside new wave South Africa and Oregon. Throughout price ranges we seek only the best examples from proper producers, and seek to offer mature wines throughout for those seeking to experience those older bottles.
Dinners & Events
Dinners we’ve previously hosted include winemakers such as Duncan Savage, Eric Railsback, the team from Flint Vineyard, Lustau & others. Focused in-house dinners covering classic regions such as the Rhone and Bordeaux, but also more exploratory places such as a feature on the Galician wines of Raul Perez.
We also work with local wine merchants such as Butler’s Wine Cellar, Brunswick Fine Wines & 9Vines to host collaborative events, allowing them to feature some of their wines in our setting.
Corkage & Trade Tastings
We welcome you to bring a special bottle or three from your personal cellar - corkage is charged at £25 per bottle, double that for magnums etc. Often this is waived if you buy something nice from our list too…
Our upstairs space is perfect for an intimate trade tasting, and we’ve worked with several importers and agents such as Gonzalez Byas, Graham Beck & Wirra Wirra as well as print media such as Harpers to host trade events. We will gladly arrange structured tastings or walkarounds, usually followed by a dinner or lunch.
